That’s right.  We are pleased to announce that Chris Carter, also known as Carter, will be available at Fate beginning August 17.  Carter comes to us from Dayton, where he is a tattoo artist and an Adjunct Professor of painting, drawing and sculpture at Wright State University.  Check his page out here.
